Privacy
Holo Binders is a hobby tracker. Prices are ballpark market figures, not an appraisal or financial advice.
We store the account you sign in with, plus the binder you save: cards owned, wishlist, sales, and favorite sets. You can sign in with email and password, Google, X, or Sign in with Apple. That data is used to run Holo Binders — not sold, not used for ads.
We do not store full card numbers. Sign-in is email and password, Google, X, or Sign in with Apple.
Subscriptions
On iOS, Holo Binders Pro is billed by Apple through RevenueCat. Apple processes the charge. We receive whether the subscription is active and when access ends — not your payment card.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics for page views on the website and in the iOS app: how many people visit and which pages they open. Search terms are not sent. It is for usage, not ads.
Catalog and price lookups go through our servers to TCGDex and TCGPlayer so the app can show sets and ballpark values. Scans send a photo of a card to xAI (the Grok vision API) to identify it. xAI may retain those API inputs for up to 30 days. We do not keep the photo.
If you use Contact, we keep the message you typed in the creator’s private inbox in the app so bugs can get fixed. It is not posted publicly and not used for ads.
Delete your account
- Sign in.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
That permanently removes your binder, wishlist, favorites, scans, portfolio history, and the account. It can’t be undone. Cancel an Apple subscription separately in Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions. You can also email privacy@holobinders.com.
